Accessibility

Prayer should be reachable by everyone. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs rather than enhancements.

The site is fully keyboard operable with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, and it begins with a skip-to-content link. Headings follow a logical order, images carry descriptive alternative text, and every form field has a real label.

Text and background colours are tested for contrast, decorative gold is never used for small body text, and the whole site reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.

Animation is suppressed for anyone whose system requests reduced motion.

Book cover artwork is described in text rather than transcribed word for word. If a cover contains information you need, please ask and we will provide it.
